Hi, is it posible to have dual recharge in a staff?

For example;

max dmg re9
recharge fire skills (20%)
recharge air skills (20%)

or they always have 1 recharge and 1 casting?

Herb, I think that was the focus item from Factions. There is a mod for every profession.

I have seen staffs with dual rc, i believe it is a end game item you get by killin shiro.

There is not such a thing.. you get only 1 recharge and 1 fast casting bonus.
Don't know about bonus items though, should check on wiki but those are not really easy to obtain

Ive never seen it, normally they focus on one skill type.. ie fire or air or earth etc
